Information security and control

A connection to an external AI must be controlled. CRITEVIA does not grant general access to company information: each integration must operate only with the permissions it needs.

Authorised access

The connection is made only after an authorised company user grants access.

Minimum permissions

Each integration accesses only the capabilities required for the diagnostic.

Company separation

Each company's information remains associated exclusively with its environment and diagnostic.

Traceability

CRITEVIA records the intended source of information: CRITEVIA · Voice · Excel · External AI · User.

Information received from an external AI does not automatically become a confirmed fact.
